Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a service on the services page and start your order from there. You need an account to order. Fill in the brief, check it, then pay with PayPal on the last step. Nothing is charged until then.

Question 2

Can you do multiple team cars, and is there a discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Team liveries are done at a discounted rate.

Question 3

What does a custom livery cost?

Accepted Answer

Every service and its current price is on the services page. Additional versions, changes after delivery and short-notice requests carry extra fees, and anything like that is agreed before you commit.

Question 4

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

PayPal is the main payment method. Venmo is also an option, but PayPal is preferred.

Question 5

How long does a livery take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the current workload, from a couple of days to a week or so. Once work begins I can give you a closer estimate, and each service lists its turnaround.

Question 6

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Each service includes the revisions listed on its card, and those are the revisions that come with it. Some services include none, so check the card before you order.

Question 7

What do I receive?

Accepted Answer

Game-ready files in the right format for your sim. For iRacing that is the livery TGA and the spec map MIP, ready to upload. The layered source files stay with Ginger Liveries.

Question 8

Can I resell or share the livery?

Accepted Answer

It is for your personal use. Race it and share screenshots as much as you like, but please do not resell it or redistribute the files.
